Every SVG file purchased from NFLSVG.com includes our Small Business Commercial License. This license is granted to the purchaser and is non-transferable. By purchasing and downloading our designs, you agree to the following terms.
What You ARE Allowed To Do
Our license is designed to be flexible and supportive for small businesses.
1. Create Physical Products for Sale:
You are permitted to create tangible, physical products for sale, up to 500 units per design you purchase. Examples include:
- Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other clothing items.
- Drinkware: Mugs, tumblers, and glassware.
- Decor: Wall decals, wood signs, and party decorations.
- Accessories: Tote bags, phone cases, and keychains.
2. Use for Marketing Purposes:
You may use photographs of your finished products (e.g., the t-shirt you made) for marketing on your business website and social media channels.
What You ARE NOT Allowed To Do
To protect our brand and the integrity of our designs, certain actions are strictly prohibited.
1. No Digital Resale or Distribution:
- You may NOT resell, share, redistribute, or give away our digital files in any form. This includes sharing files with friends or uploading them to file-sharing websites.
- You may NOT modify, alter, or use parts of our designs to create a new digital file for sale. For example, you cannot deconstruct a design to sell a piece of it as part of your own digital collection.
2. No Print-on-Demand (POD) Services:
- You may NOT upload our designs to any print-on-demand platforms, such as Amazon Merch, Printful, Redbubble, Zazzle, or Society6.
- Our license is intended for small businesses that produce their own items in-house. Using third-party mass-production services is forbidden.
3. No Mass Production:
- This license is strictly limited to 500 physical products per design. If you plan to sell more than 500 units, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss extended licensing options.
4. No Claim of Ownership or Trademarking:
- The purchase of a design does not transfer the copyright. All rights to the designs remain with NFLSVG.com.
- You may NOT register any of our designs as a trademark or service mark.

Q: Do I need to purchase a separate license?
A: No, the Small Business Commercial License is automatically included with every design purchase from our site. Your purchase receipt serves as proof of license.
Q: What happens if I sell more than 500 products?
A: First, congratulations on your success! If you reach the 500-product threshold and wish to continue selling, please contact us for an Extended License. We are happy to support your growth.
Q: Can I edit the designs (e.g., change colors)?
A: Yes, you are free to modify the designs to fit your end product, such as changing colors or resizing. However, the modified digital file remains under the copyright of NFLSVG.com and cannot be resold digitally.
Q: Do I need to credit NFLSVG.com?
